YOUR GUIDE & HOST
Your guide is Adrian Boots BSc (Hons) in Geography & Environmental Management, MSc. Adrian has been a Research Associate and lecturer at the University of the West of England (UWE), and has worked on a number of conservation schemes for English Nature, and Natural England where he worked as a Catchment Sensitive Farming Officer. Adrian now runs his own outdoor activity business, Go Wild Events.
His own continuing professional development includes training in Permaculture with Patrick Whitefield, and bushcraft survival skills with Mors Kochanski and Ray Mears.
Adrian is passionate, and immensely knowledgeable, about the Mendip Hills and the West Country. His style is very informal, enthusiastic and friendly, and he provides guests with a unique and delightful perspective on the area. It is his pleasure to share his enjoyment of the area with you.
